摘要
目的：分析了解重症心脏瓣膜病的瓣膜换术常遇到的难点及处理方法。方法：共收集７０例重症心脏瓣膜病瓣膜替换手术患者的临床资料，回顾性地分析总结。结果：全组均为风湿性心脏病，置入人工瓣膜。早期死亡率５．７％（４／７０），晚期死亡率８．６９％（６／７０）。７０例中男性４４例，女性２６例，平均年龄３６．５岁。心脏功能Ⅲ级者４９例，Ⅵ级者２１例。主动脉瓣及二尖瓣替换术３９例，二尖瓣替换术３１例。
Objective to analyze and study the difficulties and methods in valve replacement for the patiets with severe heart diseases.Results:All the patients suf fering from rheumatic heart disease and underwent valve replacement,implanted with artificial valves.The early mortality rate was 5.7%(4/70),and the later8.69%(6.70). 44 cases of the 70 patients were males,and 26 case females.The average age was 36.5 years.There were 49 cases whose heart function was NY.HA class Ⅲ, and 21 cases class Ⅳ, 39 cases of them were implanted with aortie vlale and mitral replacements,and 31 cases mitral replacement only.Concln sion: One fundamental emthod to cure the patients with beart valvular disease is valve replacement.
