摘要
当前我国高等教育发展呈现两大特点:一是已经由精英教育向大众化教育转变,二是提高教育质量已成为主旋律。在此大背景下,本文结合四川烹饪高等专科学校的实际,提出了必须抓好五大建设,深化人才培养模式改革,进一步提高教育质量和办学水平。
Nowadays China' s higher education has two major characteristics:one is the change from elite education to mass education ;the other is that improving education quality has become the main theme. Based on such background and integrated with the practice of Sichuan Higher Institute of Cuisine, this thesis proposes that we should strengthen five constructions, deepen the reform of talents training pattern, and enhance the running level and quality of the college.
