Since the pace of life becomes faster in recent years, the number and size of fast food industry are boosted. Fast food safety receives unprecedented attention and evokes a thinking of food safety laws. The new Food Safety Law is of great significance, therefore, the learning, publicizing and training about Food Safety Law is top priority of fast food industry, so that Food Safety Law is carried out and implemented effectively.
