摘要
员工在职培训是旅游企业人力资本积累的重要途径之一。通过对旅游业员工在职培训现状的实证调查,本文分析了当前旅游业员工在职培训存在的问题,强调必须突出员工在职培训在旅游企业人力资源战略中的地位和作用,并提出强化培训讲师的专业化水平、导入平衡计分卡模型、在职培训外包等对策。
The staffs on-the-job training(OJT) is one of the important approaches to the accumulation of human capital in tourism enterprise. Upon an investigation of the status quo of the staffs OJT in tourism, this paper analyses the problems of the staff's OJT existing in current tourism enterprise, and especially gives a prominence to the status and function of OJT in tourism enterprise, and puts forward a series of countermeasures, intensif- ying the specialized level of trainers,leading in the evaluating model of the balanced scorecard in OJT, and outsourcing OJT.
