摘要
以住宅小区项目交通影响分析为例,针对交通需求预测时难以获得精确的初始OD矩阵问题,提出从合理划分小区以形成合适初始矩阵结构,到选择合适观测路段,然后再通过进一步修正初始OD矩阵单元值以符合网络布局3方面来控制OD反推过程精度。描述引入住宅成熟度指标预测项目新增出行的方法,结果表明该方法能够更好地控制交通需求预测精度。
Taking a residence community as example while doing traffic impact analysis, suggests an suitable method to divide traffic zone,to select the traffic survey section, to improve the unit value of the initial OD matrix to accord with the network layout to control the OD estimate precision. Describing detailed the method to introducing an intensity index to forecast new generated trips of program, it is more perfect in controlling the precision while fore- cast traffic demand, it indicates the method's rationality and practicability.
