摘要
基于多时段动态交通分配方法是基于时段划分的,它不仅反映不同时段交通量的变化规律,而且在分配过程中考虑路网中的交通阻抗,充分反映已有交通量对交通分配的影响。该模型能够反映交通网络的动态属性,从而为交通诱导提供必要的可用信息。
The traffic flow assignment is dynamic and random in the urban road net-work , but the static traffic assignment model cafft finely reflect actual traffic circumstance. The improved dynamic multi-time traffic assignment based on the time dividing is proposed, which not only reflects the variety regulation of the traffic flow in different time, but also take into account the influence of the traffic flow that has been assigned previously in the network.
