摘要
从系统工程的角度出发,以提高民航系统安全水平为目的,运用系统分析技术-多层次模糊评估法对某民航单位航空安全进行评估,建立相应的评估实施办法和评估指标体系,计算得出系统的综合安全度,从而依照安全度等级分析系统的安全状态。通过实例分析计算,说明系统分析方法在民航系统安全应用研究中的可行性和有效性。
From the standpoint of system engineering , aiming at improving the safety of the civil aviation system standards, the system analysis technology-multi-level fuzzy evaluation method was applied to evaluate the aviation safety of certain department of the civil aviation. The corresponding assessment implementation procedure and assessment index system were established, the system synthetic degree was calculated and the system safety state was analyzed. The feasibility and effectiveness of the study was explained on application of the system analysis methods for civil aviation system safety by the evaluation example.
