交通网络视角下的城市步行街规划

Urban Pedestrian Streets Planning from the Perspective of Traffic Network

从国内外城市商业步行街的发展现状出发,阐述商业步行街的作用、规划要求、交通特性;并以兰州市张掖路步行街为例,介绍其发展现状,分析其对周边城市路网的车流和行人的交通影响,探讨规划与改造过程中存在的一些问题并提出改进建议。

Embarking from the present situation of development of the domestic and foreign urban commercial pedestrian streets, the article elaborated the functions of commercial pedestrian streets, planning requirements,traffic characteristics. The article took the pedestrian street of Zhangye Road in Lanzhou as the example, and introduced its present situation of development, and emphatically analyzed the traffic influence on the traffic flows and pedestrians of the peripheral urban road networks, and discussed some existing problems in the planning and the reforming as well as the recommendations for improvement.
