不动产物权预告登记制度是大陆法系物权法的一项重要制度,该制度有利于维护交易安全,从而维护市场秩序。我国《物权法》借鉴大陆法系这一法律制度的成果建立了不动产物权预告登记制度,但是该制度在适用范围、程序启动、效力界定、与本登记的衔接等方面存在诸多缺陷,因而提出完善之道非常紧迫。

However, there are many defects in the system, therefore proposing the road to improve is very urgent.
