摘要
目前,未成年人再犯罪率正逐年递增,有效遏制有犯罪前科的未成年人重新违法犯罪已成为当前急需解决的问题。要从未成年人再犯罪的内因和外因上综合治理,才能切断其犯罪根源,完善我国的社区矫正制度是预防未成年人再犯罪的有力保障。
Currently, the minor＇ s recommitting of crime rate is increasing year again. Effectively contain illegal crime committed by minors who have criminal record has become the urgent problems. Comprehensive harness must cover both internal and external to cut its roots. Perfecting the system of community correction is a powerful to preventing minors to crime.
