摘要
目的:研究人甲状腺瘤的发生分期bFGFs基因异常表达的关系。方法:采用Western-blot方法对人甲状腺及其肿瘤组织来源的bFGFs进行分析研究。结果:人正常甲状腺组织来源的bFGFs分子量为17KD和18KD,而人甲状腺肿瘤组织来源的bFGFs为14KD、17KD和18KD。结论:14KDbFGFs的出现提示人甲状腺肿瘤的发生和发展可能与bFGFs的基因异常表达有关。
Objective:To study the relation between the development of human thyroid gland tumour and abnormal gene expression of bFGFs. Methods: The bFG- Fs in human thyroid gland and its tumour tissue was analyzed by means of western-blot. Rcsults and Condusion:The molecular weight of bFGFs in human thyroid gland was 17KD, 18KD,but it was 14KD, 17KD and 18KD in tumour tissue. The appearance of 14KD bFGFs showe a relation between the development of human thyroid gland tumour and bFGFs' abnormal gene expression in it.
