摘要
根据高职学生的个性特点、学习动机、隐性分层等客观事实,提出继电实训教学以任务驱动模式实施,能够有效提高实训的教学效果,实训过程遇到的疑难促使学生主动思考,成功完成任务的自我肯定以及带来的愉悦体验有利于学生个性上的健全发展;实训结果跟踪调查显示,该改进的实训教学方案充分调动了学生内在的学习动机,在降低指导教师工作量的同时取得了很好的教学效果,有利于提高实训的教学水平。
Considering the students' individuality, learning motivation and hidden stratum, the writer holds that the mission-driven method can be applied to electrical training course to improve the teaching effects. In the process of training course, the problems the students come across prompt them into active thinking, and the solution to the problems brings them a sense of self-affirmation and delight experiences, which is beneficial to their sound personality development. Futhermore, the follow-up survey shows that the integration of the mission-driven method into electrical training course fully stimulates the students' intrinsic learning motivation, lightens the workload of teachers and gets better results in training course. And thus the efficiency of training course can be surely improved.
