摘要
本文综述了西方零售业发展过程中不同的零售模式及它们的配送结构在多渠道销售环境下的发展,库存相关成本和消费者购买偏好对零售模式及配送结构的影响。随着电子商务技术的成熟,出现了一种新型零售模式:展示厅模式。这种模式结合了传统零售和纯网络零售的优势,但推广尚需消费者消费习惯的改变。
This paper describes the different distribution patterns of retailing in a multi-channel sales environment in western countries. Inventory carrying cost and consumption preferrence also cast influence on distribution. A new showroom model, with the strengths of traditional retailing and pure-play e-tailing, has emerged with the advancement of e-business. However, it takes time for consumers to change their consumption habits.
