摘要
以心理契约理论为基础,结合高校组织和高校教师的特点,提出高校教师管理中运用心理契约的适应性,进一步提出教师管理应以心理契约契约初建、修正、履行以及心理契约违背干预,从而达到心理契约的动态平衡,最大化实现组织和教师的共同发展。
This article puts forward the management of college teachers in the use of adaptive psychological contract based on the psychological contract theory and combined with the characters of colleges and teachers. It also suggests that college teacher's managing should be based on the initial psychological contract, amendment, fulfillment, breach of psychological contract, and its intervention in order to meet the dynamic balance of psychological contract and to maximize the realization of common development of teachers and colleges.
