The Principles and Application of Happy Sports in School Physical Education

本文采用文献资料综述法,根据快乐体育的定义、内涵。分析探讨了快乐体育如何在学校体育教学中实施和运用,得出在学校体育中开展快乐体育是实现"健康第一"指导思想的有效手段。从而,为体育教学改革提供参考依据。

This paper, through literature review approach, aims to analyze and discuss the principles and application of happy sports in school physical education in terms of the definition and connotation of happy sports. Carrying out the happy sports in school physical education is one of the effective way to achieve the guiding ideology, namely, ＂Health First＂. Thus, it provides a reference basis for the reform of physical education.
