本文认为以立项方式推动党日活动开展,是解决目前党日活动中存在问题的有效的途径,以立项方式推动党日活动要有必要的措施保障并要重视几个不能忽略的问题。

Some problems exist in certain Party organizations at all levels when they arrange some activities, such as lack of time and attraction, poor effects, etc. From practice perspective, the paper intends to solve these problems in a feasible way--promoting the Party day activities by proiect--establishing mode. Therefore, the paper elaborates the effects and some problems to be noted of the mode.
