Research and Practice about Training Pattern of Application-oriented Undergraduate Personnel of Civil Engineering Speciality

应用型人才培养是一种新的教育观念和新的教育模式,如何办出特色,适应现阶段社会经济对人才的需要,是值得探讨的话题。本文在科学发展观指导下,结合应用型本科人才的特点,转变教育思想观念,从人才培养的层次定位,创新意识的训练,职业素质的培养,实践能力的强化等方面探索土木工程应用型本科人才培养模式。

Training of application--oriented personnel is a new educational concept and a new educational pattern. How can we make it unique and adapting social economy to talent person＇s needs in persent stage is a topic which we are worth discussing. In this paper we learned the scientific concept of development, combined with characteristics of application--oriented undergraduate personnel,changed concept of education. We explored research and practice about training pattern of application--oriented undergraduate personnel of civil engineering, from the target level of training,training of innovative awareness and professional quality, strengthening of practical ability and so on.
