摘要
目的:研究吉林市10 ̄11岁小学生链球菌的感染状况。方法:用ADNaseB微量法对吉林市10 ̄11岁城乡小学生做抗链菌脱氧核糖核酸酶B滴度测定。结果:城市小学生DNA酶B抗体平均几何滴度为56u/ml,农村为59u/ml。城市与农村的测定结果无明显差异。结论:由于此种抗体的滴度可以标准化,因此推荐ADNaseB作为除ASO外应测定的第二抗体。
Objeetive: To study the state of streptococcal infection for students of 10-11 years old in both town and country. Methods: ADNase B Mieromethods. Results: Average geometrie titration of ADNase B for urban students is 56u/ml. for suburban students is 59 u/ml. there is no evident difference between town and country. Conclusion: Because of the importance of this antibody and standardization to its titration detrmination, we recommend, besides ASO, ADNase B be de-termined as the second antibody when the doctor suspects the patients of strcptococcal infection.
