摘要
在块体Cu47Zr40Al13基体中加入微量TiB2陶瓷颗粒,电弧熔炼铜模吸铸法制备含原位陶瓷颗粒的非晶复合材料,经X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热(DSC)分析样品,结果表明:试样为含部分晶相Cu10Zr7的不完全非晶态;随TiB2质量分数增加,合金基体的非晶形成能力没有显著变化;过冷液相区宽度ΔTx由43K增至48.2K。
Adding trace amount of TiB2 powder in C u47Zr40Al13 matrix, the bulk amorphous alloy composite through in situ synthesis of TiB2 ceramic particles was prepared by copper mold casting technique process. Analyses by X-ray diffraction (XRD) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) indicate that the bulk samples are imperfect amorphous, partially containing crystal Cu10Zr7, and that, with the increase of mass fraction of TiB2, the glass-forming ability of CU47Zr40Al13 matrix has no significant change, and the temperature interval of supercooled liquid region ATx increases from 43K to 48.2K.
