摘要
目的掌握沈阳市法定报告传染病疫情网络直报信息综合质量动态,为制定管理办法提供准确依据。方法利用国家《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》中质量统计模块中"质量综合评价"中的相关数据,采用Excel电子表格对相关数据进行分析、汇总。结果沈阳市2006—2008年法定报告传染病疫情报告不及时率为2.80%,审核不及时率为0.22%,重复报告率为0.002%,零、缺报率为0.19%,信息综合质量评价指数为0.80%。报告质量呈逐年上升趋势。结论应进一步加强对医疗机构特别是农村乡镇卫生院的督导检查,提高其管理水平和硬件设施配备水平。
[ Objective] To understand the dynamic state of comprehensive quality of network report of notifiable infectious disease, and provide evidence for developing regulations. [ Methods] The quality comprehensive evaluation related data from quality statistics module of ＂Report and Management System of Disease Surveillance Information＂ was analyzed with EXCEL table. [ Results] During 2006--2008, 2.80% of cases of notifiable infectious diseases were not reported in time, and 0.22% were not verified in time, and 0.002% were reported repeatedly, 0.19% were missed, and the information comprehensive quality evaluation index was 0.80%. The report quality showed ascending tendency annually. [ Conclusion] Examination and supervision on medical institution should be strengthened, especially for the rural township hospital, to improve its management level and hardware establishment.
