单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形综合矫正临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Comprehensive Correction of Nasal Deformities after Unilateral Cleft Lip Surgery

目的分析单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形综合矫正的临床效果。方法以25例单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形患者为研究对象,其中男性14例,女性11例;年龄12～34岁,平均年龄18.9岁。根据鼻畸形的不同程度进行鼻肌肉的解剖复位,鼻翼外侧脚悬吊,内侧脚切断移位固定,以及假体塑形后移植,纠正鼻翼和鼻小柱的畸形。结果25例病例术后外形均得到明显改善,植入假体未见明显排异反应。结论单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形的手术治疗要从软组织及鼻翼和假体植入等多方面进行矫正,才能获得更为满意的治疗效果。

[ Objective]To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive correction of nasal deformities after unilateral cleft lip surgery. [Methods]Totally 25 patients （ 14 male cases and 11 female eases, aged 12 -34 years, the average age of 18.9 years） who associated with nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip repair were observed. The surgery was performed according to the varying degrees of nasal deformi- ty, including anatomical repositioning of the nasal muscle, the alar cartilages and cut, and correction nasal deformity with transplant of prothesis to correct nasal deformities and nasal columella. [ Results]25 patients showed better appearances after the operations of nasal de- formity, without rejection. [ Conclusion]In order to obtain more satisfactory effect, it is necessary to perform nasal deformity surgery after tmilateral cleft lip surgery by correcting soft tissue and nasal alar, and implanting prothesis for those patients.
