老年股骨转子间骨折的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing on The Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的探讨老年股骨转子间骨折病人围手术期的护理。方法对30例老年股骨转子间骨折行手术治疗的患者进行详细的术前和术后的评估,保证有效的骨牵引,进行针对性的心理护理及术前指导,做好充分的术前准备,保证手术顺利进行。术后密切观察病情变化,保证正确的体位,缓解疼痛症状。制定相应的护理措施,有效地实施针对性的护理,预防各种并发症的发生,指导患者进行有效的功能锻炼。结果30例老年股骨转子间骨折行手术治疗的患者全部安全度过围手术期,伤口一期愈合,无并发症发生。结论有效的和有针对性的护理,是老年股骨转子间骨折病人安全度过围手术期的重要保障。

[ Objective] To investigate the nursing on the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. [ Methods ] A total of 30 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were performed detailed preoperative and postoperative assessment, effective skeletal traction and targeted preoperative psychological nursing, adequate preoperative preparation, and guidance to make the operation suc- cessful. After operation, it was necessary to closely observe patient＇s condition, to ensure correct position and ease pain. To make appropriate care measures for preventing complications and direct patients with functional training were also necessary. [ Results] All patients with operation were safe through the perioperative period, the wound healed with no complications. [ Conclusion ] The important guarantee to treat elderly patient with intertrochanteric fracture safe in the perioperative period is effective and targeted nursing.
