摘要
基于房地产交易案例和因素差异量化的模糊性,借助于模糊综合评判法,运用贴近度确定权重,建立了评估模型修正评估价格,以使房地产估价更客观、更准确、更合理。
Based on the fuzziness of real estate transaction cases and quantization the differences of factors,by means of fuzzy comprehensive assessment method,using fuzzy neartude to determine weight,the establishment of evaluation model to revise the price of assessment,makes real estate appraisal more objective,more accurate and more reasonable.
