摘要
针对我国工程招投标过程中存在的问题,通过对招投标管理各过程的详细分析,借鉴国外招投标管理经验和我国实际情况,对我国招投标过程中各关键质量控制点提出了相应的改进建议。
Aiming at problems in the bidding process of projects in China,the paper detailed analysis of the whole process in bidding management and referring to the management experience at home and abroad and the current situation in China,points out selative improvement suggestions for all the key quality controlling points in the bidding process in China.
