摘要
分析了工程量清单报价与传统定额报价的区别,提出了清单计价模式下的报价应遵守的原则,探讨了工程造价中人材机的报价,阐述了投标报价时需注意的问题,以提高中标率。
The difference between engineering bill quoting and traditional quota pricing was analyzed,the quoting principle should obey under bill pricing model was proposed.The labor,material and machine quoting in engineering cost were discussed,the problems should attention in bidding were illustrated so as to enhance the rates of winning the bid.
