针对建设工程项目施工管理工作的复杂性和重要性,从管理者的角度出发,对项目经理和技术负责人的管理理念和管理方法进行了阐述,以提高项目施工管理水平,取得良好的经济效益。
According to the complexity and importance of construction management work in construction engineering projects,from the viewpoint of manger,the management concept and management methods of project managers and technical directors are elaborated,in order to increase construction management level of projects to receive good economic benefits.
