通过分析项目管理与企业管理的异同,借鉴使用企业模拟沙盘运作,改进工程项目管理课程实践环节教学方式,在有限的条件下模拟真实项目管理者的各种职责和任务,让学生参与运作并实现项目管理目标,从而达到增强该课程的实用性和趣味性,培养学生综合素质和能力的目的。

According to analysis on differences between project management and enterprise management, it references to using enterprise simu- lation sand table operation, reforms the practical link teaching way of the project management courses, in the finite condition simulates all re- sponsibility and task of the real project manager, lets the students participating in operation and realizes project management aim, thus reach aim of enhancing practice and interesting of this course, and cultivating comprehensive quality and performance of the students.
