摘要
针对目前铁路建设项目越来越多,利润空间越来越小而铁路项目成本管理较差的这一现状,结合具体工程实践,对目前铁路工程施工项目的成本管理中存在的不足以及应采取的措施进行了分析,以提高企业竞争力。
Aiming at the current situation that the more current railway construction project,the small the benefit space,but the cost management of the railway project is bad,combining with concrete project practice,analyzes existing disadvantages in cost management of railway project construction and measures adopted,so as to improve competitiveness of enterprise.
