通过参与一系列招投标实践,简要论述了工程咨询单位参与招投标活动在主要定标因素、投标前准备、标书制作、投标过程中应注意的事项及体会,以期积累工程项目的招投标经验。

By participating in a series of bidding practice,the paper indicates briefly the main scaling factors,the preparation before bidding,the making of the bidding documents,the precautions in bidding process and some considerations for the engineering consulting organizations which participate in bidding activities,so as to accumulate bidding experience for the bidding in engineering programs.
