摘要
通过分析我国现阶段建设工程招投标监督的现状,指出了建设领域招投标监督多元化的必要性,并介绍了招投标可信度评价的应用,对该评价的应用提出了一些观点,以期提高监督力度。
This paper analyzes the supervision of bidding in China＇s current construction project,pointing out the need of construction diversification supervision in bidding and tendering,the appraisal standards of tendering and bidding reliability is introduced,and puts forward points of view on executing this reliability appraisal,in order to improve inspection dynamics.
