老年分水岭脑梗死患者血糖、血脂水平变化探讨 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨老年分水岭脑梗死患者血糖及血脂水平随疾病变化的规律，以为疾病的诊断治疗提供较为可靠的依据。方法选取2007年3月-2009年2月于我院治疗的分水岭脑梗死老年患者38例，将其设为观察纽，采用常规治疗方法进行治疗，然后选取同期的健康老年人38例为对照组，分别检测分水岭脑梗死患者治疗前后及健康组老年人的血糖、血脂水平后，将其进行比较分析。结果治疗前后，将分水岭脑梗死患者的血脂、血糖水平进行比较分析，发现治疗前后血糖、血脂水平差异较大，p均〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论对老年分水岭脑梗死患者的血糖及血脂水平进行检测比较后．发现治疗前后其水平变化较大，对观察病情变化及为疾病的诊断治疗提供依据具有较高的意义；
