摘要
为探讨过滤材料磨损的测定方法,设计了基于力学性能变化的冲击磨损测试系统。随着常温和高温过滤材料应用的不断增加,材料的磨损性能研究越来越受到重视。然而,以前对材料磨损的测试都是基于磨损前后的质量来进行的,不适合柔软、蓬松的纺织材料。通过研究,开发出了基于纤维磨损前后力学性能变化的纤维磨损测试仪,该装置主要用于测试纤维性高聚物材料在高速气流冲击作用下的磨损情况,通过改变气流的冲击速度、气流的温度和冲击角度等参数,可以模拟纤维过滤材料在不同环境下的抗磨损性能。
For developing ways to test filter abrasion, a new impact abrasion tester based on the mechanical change of fibers has been designed. With the increasing consumption of filter materials at normal and high temperature, the research on the abrasion property is more and more important. However, the previous tests were carried out based on the weight difference before and after abrasion, which are not suitable for soft and bulky textile fibers. A new abrasion tester based on the change of mechanics before and after abrasion is developed. It is used to test the abrasion of fibrous polymers under the shock of high speed current. Abrasion- resistance of materials under different conditions is imitated through changing shock strength, current temperature and shock angle.
