摘要
从凝血块中分离DNA技术在现有分子生物学实验技术参考书中没有具体的叙述。本文归纳出一套自冻藏凝血块中制备高分子量基因组DNA技术，经长期应用表明该方法简便可靠．易于掌握．可快速地进行大量标本的DNA制备；尤其适用于流行病学现场调查采集的血液标本的处理。
