以五坐标数控龙门铣床换刀设计为例,通过数控系统参数定义机床换刀点,并实时监控换刀状态,处理五轴特殊加工指令带来的换刀问题,提供了一种安全高效的解决方案,满足了客户要求。
Tool changing design of a 5-axis gantry milling machine is taken as an example to define tool changing point through NC system parameters, to monitor tool changing status at real time and to resolve tool changing problem caused by special machining command. An safe and effective solution is provided to meet customers' demand.
