摘要
本文研究了荧光分光光度法测定餐具洗涤剂中荧光增白剂的方法,荧光增白剂激发波长为350nm,发射波长为430nm,其荧光强度与浓度在0~1.0μg·ml-1范围内有良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999,检出限为0.002μg·ml-1,相对偏差为1.0%~4.6%,平均加标回收率为96.8%,较满意地应用于实际样品测定。
The optimum conditions for the fluorescence spectrophotometry determination of fluorescent whitening agent in Dishwashing detergents is studied and reported in this paper.The fluorescent whitening agent under ultraviolet excitation at 350nm wavelength produces flourescence,which is then determined at 430nm.There is a linear relationship between the emittde fluorescence intensity and the concentration of fluorescent whitening agent from 0 to 1 0μg·ml -1 ,and their coefficient of correlation is 0 9999.The detection limit of the method is 0 002μg·ml -1 ,the relative standard deviation is 1 0%~4 6%,and the average percentage of recovery is 96 8%.This proposed method has been applied to analyses of samples with satisfactory results.
