摘要
在对来源披露制度的适用客体、权利主体和运作模式分析的基础上,探讨我国来源披露制度存在的问题及在我国传统医药领域运用中的障碍,对应用来源披露制度保护我国传统医药提出一些建议。
By analyzing the application objects, right subjects and operation modes of the origin disclosure regime, this paper studies the existing issues and obstacles in its application in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and makes some proposals to use this regime to protect Chinese traditional medicine.
