中医临床疗效评价方法探讨

Study on Evaluation Methods of TCM Clinical Efficacy

临床疗效是中医生存和发展的关键。现有临床疗效评价方法未能充分反映中医诊治的特点和优势。因此,如何建立符合中医特点的临床疗效评价方法和评价体系已成为临床研究亟待解决的问题。本文总结目前中医临床疗效评价所采用的循证医学、临床流行病学和数据挖掘等方法和技术,针对中医临床的特点,讨论存在的问题,提出中医临床疗效评价的研究思路,为进一步探索符合中医特点的临床疗效评价模式并进行方法学研究提供参考。

Clinical efficacy is the key to survival and development of the traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. However, the current methods for efficacy evaluation cannot properly reflect the TCM characteristics and advantages. This paper introduces the currently used evaluation methods, such as evidence-based medicine, epidemiology and data mining, for the TCM clinical research, and discusses some existing problems. Finally it presents a new idea for further exploring the clinical evaluation pattern with TCM characteristics and for the methodological researches.
