摘要
中医完整医案记述已经有2000多年的积淀,至今仍然是中医学的重要内容和中医经验传承的主要模式,如何应用现代科技方法,解决医案的知识表达、存储、检索、重用和更新,是中医现代化的重要课题。本文在基于医案病机属性相似性检索的智能化辨证论治系统基础上,应用基于案例推理等技术探讨中医医案分布式系统的几个关键问题解决方案,并以"中医门诊、病房辨证论治系统"作为子系统加以印证,结果说明这些解决方案是可行的。
The traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has a complete medical case record of more than 2000 years, which still serves as the main content and the key mode of passing on TCM experience. How to realize the knowledge expression, storage, indexing, reusing and innovation is an important project of the modern TCM. Based on the intellectualized pattern class identification system of the case similarity retrieval, this paper discusses several key problems in the distribution system using case-based reasoning techniques,, and proves the obtained solution using the ＂pattern class identification system of TCM uses in out-patient and ward＂ as the subsystem . The results show that these solutions are feasible.
