摘要
中医药是我国肿瘤治疗的重要特色。回顾多年的临床实践和基础研究,对患者机体的免疫调节是中医药治疗肿瘤的最大作用优势和特点。肿瘤免疫编辑是近年来提出来的包含免疫监视和免疫逃逸的肿瘤免疫调节的新理论,本文从促进荷瘤机体免疫监视和逆转免疫逃逸两方面诠释了中医药对肿瘤免疫编辑过程的重塑,揭示了中医药发挥免疫调节新的科学内涵,为今后的临床实践提供了新的理论基础。
The Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） treatment is an important characteristic of cancer treatment in China. Reviewing the clinical study and basic research in the past forty years, immunoregulation is found to be the principal advantage and characteristic of TCM in cancer treatment. Tumor immunoediting is a new theory presented in recent years, which includes immuno-surveillance and immuno-escape. This paper explains the TCM re-sculpture effect on the process of tumor immunoediting from the aspects of improving immuno-surveillance and inversing immuno-escape, and clarifies some new scientific meanings of immunoregulation functions of TCM. This may provide a theoretical foundation for the clinical practice of TCM in the future.
