通络止痛胶囊对佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清IL-1β、TNF-α的影响

Effect of Tongluozhitong Capsule on Serum IL-1 and TNF-α in adjuvant arthritis(AA) rats

目的观察通络止痛胶囊对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法将50只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组和通络止血胶囊高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,用ELISE法测定大鼠外周血细胞因子IL-1β,放射免疫法测定TNF-α的表达情况。结果与正常组相比,AA大鼠外周血中IL-1β、TNF-α显著升高(P<0.01);通络止痛胶囊低、中、高剂量组大鼠血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平显著低于模型组,尤以高剂量组最显著(P<0.01)。结论通络止痛胶囊可能通过降低IL-1β和TNF-α,抑制AA大鼠骨与软骨的破坏,减轻滑膜炎症。

Objective To observe the effect of Tongluozhitong Caps on the cytokine of IL - 1βTNF - α in adjuvant arthritis （AA） rats . Methods Fifty rats were randomly divided into five groups： blank control group （ abbreviated as blank group）, model group, Tongluozhitong low dosage group （abbreviated as low dosage group）, Tongluozhitong middle dosage group （abbreviated as middle dosage group ）, Tongluozhi- tong high dosage group （ abbreviated as high dosage group ）. The content of interletukin （IL） - 1 βwere measured with ELISE and TNF - α with radio - immunity. Results The content of IL - 1 βand TNF -α in model group have increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The content of IL - 1 βand TNF - α in low dosage group, middle dosage group and high dosage group have decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ） than that in model group. Conclusion Tongluozhitong Caps could decrease the content of IL - 1βand TNF - αto anti - inflammatory.
