摘要
目的:研究LeY、FUT1、FUT4在正常子宫内膜、异常增生子宫内膜及子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白一过氧化酶连接(SP)法,检测子宫内膜腺癌、子宫内膜不典型增生、单纯与复杂增生及正常增值期内膜LeY、FUT1、FUT4的表达。结果:FUT1、FUT4、LeY在正常子宫内膜不表达,在单纯与复杂增生型子宫内膜、不典型增生子宫内膜、子宫内膜腺癌中过表达,主要表达于子宫内膜腺上皮的细胞膜和(或)胞浆;LeY寡糖抗原在子宫内膜腺癌中过表达,并与组织学分级有关,与临床手术病理分期无关。结论:FUT1、FUT4、LeY在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中可能起重要的作用,可能参与了子宫内膜癌的早期病变。
Objective: To study the expression and significance of FUT1, FUT4 and LeY in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and endometrial carcinoma. Methods : The expression levels of LeY, FUT1 and FUT4 in adenocarcinoma of endometrium, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium, simple hyperplasia, complex hyperplasia and normal endometrium during proliferative phase were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: FUT1, FUT4 and LeY didnt express in normal endometrium, and overexpressed in simple hyperplasia, complex hyperplasia, adenoearcinoma of endometrium and alypieal hyperplasia of endometrium, which were located in cytomembrane and/or cytoplasm of glmldular epithelial cells. 0verexpression of LeY in endometrial carcinoma was related to histological grades, not clinical surgical - pathological staging. Conclusion ; FUT1, FUT4 and LeY play an important role in oncogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma, which may participate in early lesions of endometrial carcinoma.
