摘要
分别测定了七种强碱性I型阴离子交换树脂在电力行业标准DL/T953—2005条件下(95℃、100h恒温水浴)和接近实际运行水温条件下(70℃、90d恒温水浴)的耐温性能,并通过上述实验结果探讨了船用阴离子交换树脂耐温性能的测定方法。结果表明船用阴离子交换树脂耐温性能的测定可采用强碱基团交换容量下降率为考核指标;建议采用DL/T953—2005中的测试方法对树脂的耐温性能进行初步筛选,并在此基础上根据实际使用条件进行有针对性的耐温实验选出耐温性最佳的树脂。
Seven strong base type I anion exchange resins were selected for this study. Water bath of these hydroxyl form resins for 100 h at 95℃ in according to DL/T 953--2005 and for 90 d at 70 ℃ are carried out to test their thermal stability. It was found that dropping rate of strong basic capacity can be used as the testing parameter of heat-resisting property of marine anion resines. DL/T 953--2005 is suitable for preliminary choosing of thermally stable marine resions. And further test on heat-resisiting property of anion resins at specific temperature is suggested.
