摘要
目的探讨自我控制训练对改善注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,ADHD)儿童冲动行为的疗效。方法对32例8~12岁有冲动行为的ADHD儿童进行自我控制训练,在治疗前后采用Barratt冲动性量表中文版(Barratt Impulsiveness Scale,BIS)进行评定,并将两者进行比较。结果治疗前后ADHD患儿冲动行为明显减少,在BIS中多项指标和总分均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论自我控制训练是改善8~12岁ADHD儿童冲动行为的一项有效的治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the effect of self-control training in impulsive behavior of the 8 to 12-year-old ADHD children.Methods 32 cases of ADHD children which were 8 to 12-year-old were received self-control training. Barratt Impulsiveness Scale was performed before and after the treatment. Results When comparing with the results before treatment,the impulsive behavior of 8 to 12-year-old ADHD children reduced significantly.The difference in Barran Impulsiveness Scale was statistically significant between before and after the treatment ( P〈0.05 ).Conclusions Self-control training is an effective treatment to improve the impulsive behavior children between the ages of 8 to 12.
