电针对局灶性脑缺血大鼠神经元损伤保护作用的病理组织学研究 被引量:11

摘要 选择凝闭大鼠大脑中动脉致局灶性脑缺血模型,从光镜和电镜水平观察电针对脑缺血后神经元损伤的治疗作用。结果显示:(1)电针组大鼠脑缺血后梗死区域在三维空间中的每一维都比缺血组小。(2)经光镜观察发现缺血组脑梗死范围明显比电针组大,有的深达基底神经节,并见有大脑皮层梗死脱落现象,大部分出现片状出血灶,见较多白细胞、单核和淋巴细胞浸润,毛细血管充血扩张。电针组仅见少部分的出血灶,较少的白细胞、单核和淋巴细胞浸润。(3)在超微结构方面,经H-800电镜观察,缺血组的大脑皮质缺血区的边缘带大部分神经元细胞器结构崩解,胞膜和核膜结构不清,有的神经元是固缩状,有的细胞结构都不清。然而在电针组中,缺血区边缘带大部分神经元结构和细胞器结构都是完整的,见有线粒体水肿,呈球状,有的线粒体嵴断裂等。以上结果表明电针能够保护脑缺血后继发神经元损伤。 Tlie experimental wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups;electroacupuncture group and ischemia group. The model of local cerebral ischemia was set up by obstruction middle local cerebral artry. Electroacupuncture therapeutic effects on postischemia neuronic injury were observed by light and electron microscope. The results showed that the area of infarct in the electroacupuncture groups was the smaller than that of the ischemia group. cerebral infarct region of the ischemia group was larger than that of electroacupuncture group. Nucleus basalis of some animals in the ischemia group were injured; many homorragic focus were observed; some cerebral contex of infarction was separated; many neutrophil leucocytes and lymphocytes were invaded. But in the electroacupuncture; a few hemorragic focus was observed, the lesser neutrophil leucocytes and lymphocytes were invaded by histopathologica observing. In the ischemia group; the greater part of neuronal organelles have been destroied, the structure of the plasma and nuclear membrane was unclear. But in the electroacupuncture group; the greater part of neuronal organelles were complete, some mitochondrias were edema spherically, some mitochondria! cristas were broken by ultrastructure observing. The results protected by electroacupuncture.
