补虚固本、祛瘀生新法防治产后子宫复旧不良的临床与实验研究

CLINICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON POSTPARTUM UTERINE ADVERSE RECONVERSION PREVENTED AND TREATED WITH TONIFYING DEFICIENCY AND STRENGTHENING KIDNEY REMOVING BTOOD STASIS AND PROMO TING TISSUE REGENERATIOIN

为了探讨以补虚固本、祛瘀生新法、组方之复宁胶囊防治产后子宫复旧不良的效果和作用机理,对该胶囊进行了系统的临床研究和动物实验研究,其中临床研究分为预防产后子宫复旧不良及治疗产后子宫复旧不良。结果显示,预防用药390人次中显示复宁胶囊有减少产妇阴道流血量及缩短产妇恶露持续时间的作用,与对照组(淀粉胶囊)比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05及P<0.01)。同时,复宁胶囊尚具有较强的促进宫缩作用,两组第5d的宫体高、宽乘积差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。根据追踪统计,复宁胶囊对产后子宫复旧不良有较好的预防作用,与对照组产后子宫复旧不良的发生率比较,差异有极显著意义(P<0.001),治疗用药76人次,其痊愈率和有效率分别为89％和97%,与对照组(产宝口服液)比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。药理实验亦证实:该方促宫缩作用明显,并具缩短凝血时间及镇痛等作用,因此提示以补虚固本、祛瘀生新法组方之复宁胶囊防治产后子宫复旧不良作用确切。

In order to approach the effect and its mechanism of Juning capsule which composed according to tonifying deficiency and strengthening kidney, removing blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration on postpartum uterine adverse reconversion, systematically clinical observation and animal experiment were taken. The results showed that capsule was given as preventive to 390 patients, fiaung capsule could abate vaginal bleeding flow and shorten postpartum lochia time significantly, there was obvious difference between capsule group and control group (P<0.05 - 0.001). The capsule could promote uterine contraction. Capsule was given as treatment to 76 patients, the cure rate and effective rate were 89% and 97%, the effect was significantly better than that of control group. (P < 0.05), Animal experiment results showed that fiuiing capsule sould significantly promote uterine contraction of rate and rabbite, and the caspule could shorten mice's coagulation time,and significanty analgesia action. All these suggested that_/u/wig capsule could effectively prevent and treat postpartum uterine adverse reconversion.
