摘要
阐明了对复杂电子设备测试性进行验证的重要性,介绍了PSP ICE软件的特点,对基于PSP ICE仿真的电子设备测试性验证方法进行了研究,提出了电子设备测试性验证的具体方案。在确定电子设备测试性验证指标的基础上,通过实例分析对方案进行验证,并对实验结果进行了分析,总结了验证过程中存在的问题。实验表明,基于PSP ICE仿真的测试性验证方法是可行的。
This paper explains the importance of complex electrolie equipment testability verification, introduces the character of PSPICE,studies on the method of electrolic equipment testability verification which is based on PSPICE simulation, and puts forward a design plan of electrolie equipment testability verification. Based on determining fingerpost of the electrolic equipment testability verification, this paper verifies the design plan by illustration analyzing, analyzes the results, and summarizes the problems during the verification process. It is illustrated that the method based on PSPICE simulation is feasible.
