摘要
目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁)应用于小儿术后留置气管导管时对心率(HR)、血压(BP)及呼吸道分泌物的影响。方法1~8岁患儿30例,美国麻醉医师学会(ASA)分级Ⅰ级,术后均带管入中心监护室,随机分为两组,A组予静脉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚0.01 mg/kg,B组未予任何药物。记录用药后1、2、6、10 h的平均动脉压(MAP)、HR、脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)和呼吸道、口腔的腺体分泌物量。结果A组与B组间用药前及用药后各时间点的MAP、HR和SpO2的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05),A组用药后各时间点口腔及呼吸道的分泌物量显著少于B组(P<0.01)。结论在患儿HR、BP基本稳定的情况下,盐酸戊乙奎醚对术后留管产生的腺体分泌物具有抑制作用。
Objective To observe the effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on the heart rate, blood pressure and respiratory secretions of children with tracheal catheter after operation. Methods Thirty American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I children (1--8 years old) with tracheal catheter after operation were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was given intravenous penehyclidine hydrochloride (0.01 mg/kg) and group B was given nothing. The heart rate (HR), mean artery pressure (MAP), saturation pulse oxygen (SpO2) and the amount of respiratory tract secretions were observed at 1, 2, 6 and 10 h after administration of penehyclidine hydrochloride. Results There were no differences in the MAP, HR and SpO2 between the two groups before and after administration of penehyclidine hydrochloride (P〉0.05). The amount of respiratory tract secretions in group A was significantly less than that in group B (P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Application of penehyclidine hydrochloride in children with tracheal catheter can inhibit respiratory secretions and result in stable heart rate and blood pressure.
