摘要
采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备了以陶粒为载体的纳米TiO2光催化剂。使用XRD、TG-DTA、FT-IR进行表征;以甲基橙为目标降解物,研究了其光催化性能,对比了陶粒、TiO2粉末及陶粒载体TiO2不同体系对甲基橙的处理效果和重复使用性能,并对不同温度条件下烧结的催化剂光催化降解有机物能力进行了比较。结果表明在700℃下烧结的催化剂对甲基橙的降解具有最大光催化活性;催化剂经重复使用3次后,仍具有较高的光催化性能,对甲基橙的降解率达94.27%。
With haydite as carrier, nano-TiO2 XRD, TG-DTA, FT-IR were used to characterize the degradation objective with its photocatalytic activity photocatalyst was prepared by modified sol-gel method. photocatalyst. The results showed that, the catalyst sintered at 700 ℃ had the best photocatalytic activity for methyl orange degradation. The catalyst still had high photocatalytic activity after be repeatedly used 3 times, which obtained a 94.27% of methyl orange degradation.
