摘要
高科技企业的创立和成长过程基本呈现混沌特征,可用Logistic方程进行描述。根据其混沌特性对科技企业进行动态管理,即通过调整研发投入和管理力度的方式,实现对科技创业企业的混沌控制,保证企业的稳定发展。
Based on analysis of the characteristics of the Establishment of high-tech enterprises and process management, some related chaotic theories such as Logistics equation are used to describe. It is suggested that dynamic management is suited, chaotic control can be realized by adjust internal R＆D investment and management degree is necessary for the enterprises＇ stable growth.
