摘要
有效的知识流动是企业获得竞争优势的重要来源。从企业技术网络和社会网络对知识流动的影响分析入手,探讨了在两种网络共同作用下的知识流动的概念、特征,提出了技术网络和社会网络下知识流动的不同模式,在此基础上构建了企业内部知识流动体系模型并进行了实例分析。
Effective knowledge flow is one of the important sources of competition advantage for enterprises. To begin with the analysis of the impact of enterprises＇technology and social network upon knowledge flow, this article probes into the common effect of the two networks. From this fresh view, an inner knowledge-flow system in enterprises is established based upon the concept, characteristics, and modes of knowledge flow, which leads to a new method for understanding the rule of inner knowledge flow in enterprises.
